• Workspace data (ticket titles, PR titles, descriptions)
• Usage data (captures used, plan)

We do not collect or store source code.

2. How We Use It

We use this data to provide the service, improve the product, and communicate with you.

3. AI Processing

With AI enabled: ticket and PR metadata is sent to Anthropic to generate context. With AI disabled: no data leaves your workspace infrastructure.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL in the US region.

5. Third Party Services

We use Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), GitHub, Linear, and similar services as needed to operate WhyDit.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion or export of your data. Contact ship@whydit.com.
