1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WhyDit you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Service
WhyDit captures and surfaces product decision context from your tools (e.g. GitHub, Linear, Jira, ClickUp).
3. User Accounts and Workspaces
You sign in via magic link. Workspace ownership is established by first login. You are responsible for keeping your workspace secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, or infringe others’ rights.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of data is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data as described there.
6. AI Processing
When AI capture is enabled, WhyDit sends PR titles, descriptions, and ticket content to Anthropic's API to generate context automatically. No source code is transmitted. You can disable AI capture at any time in workspace settings.
7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Refunds are handled per our policy at the time of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
WhyDit is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
